Another software company vanishes

Hyderabad, Oct 4: Yet another software company vanished in thin air duping over 140 employees to the tune of over Rs 2 crores. Some 15 employees of Infotech Systems approached the police alleging that they were duped by the company managing director Kiran.

The victims said that Mr Kiran opened the company some three months ago in the fourth floor of SVR Towers in Srinagar colony and started recruiting B,Tech and MCA graduates by collecting money from Rs 60,000 to Rs one lakh promising them training and live project experience. Accordingly, some 140 candidates joined the firm. They were neither given any training nor made to work on projects.

Meanwhile, the confidence-trickster stopped coming to his office since a week which made the employees suspect foul play as their efforts to contact him went in vain. On Monday, some 15 employees lodged a complaint with the police about the missing boss. No case has been registered by the police yet.
